Terms of Service

By scheduling a pickup or using our services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate contact and delivery information
• • Ensure items are properly bagged and ready for pickup
• • Be available during the scheduled pickup window
• • Pay for services as agreed upon

• • Prices are subject to change with notice
• • Payment is due upon delivery or as otherwise agreed
• • We accept Zelle, credit cards, and Afterpay
• • Late payments may result in service suspension

We strive to provide the highest quality service:

• • Standard turnaround time is 48 hours
• • Express service available for additional fee
• • Items are separated by color and fabric type
• • Premium detergents and fabric care used

• • Remove items from pockets before pickup
• • Notify us of any special care requirements
• • Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery
• • Provide safe access for pickup and delivery

Our liability is limited to:

• • Actual value of items up to $100 per item
• • Maximum total claim of $500 per order
• • Claims must be reported within 24 hours
• • We are not liable for items left in pockets

• • Cancellations must be made 2 hours before pickup
• • Late cancellations may incur a fee
• • Rescheduling is available based on availability
• • No-shows may result in account suspension

We do not accept:

• • Items with excessive stains or damage
• • Items requiring dry cleaning only
• • Items with strong odors or contamination
• • Items that may damage our equipment
